The Indus Motor Company (IMC), manufacturer of Toyota vehicles in Pakistan, has won the prestigious Best Corporate Excellence Award in the Automobile Sector.
The Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) hosted the 40ᵗʰ Corporate Excellence Awards in Karachi. IMC’s Chief Financial Officer, Mohammad Ibadullah, received the award on behalf of the organisation.
This recognition underscores IMC’s unwavering commitment to strong corporate governance. It also shows IMC’s operational excellence, and sustainable business performance. The recognition reflects the Company’s consistent financial strength, effective management practices. And high standards which it maintained across all operations, reaffirming IMC’s position as a leader in Pakistan’s automobile industry.
Commenting on the achievement, Ali Asghar Jamali, IMC’s Chief Executive Officer, stated: “This award [Best Corporate Excellence Award] is a testament to our deep-rooted belief in responsible corporate governance. And continuous improvement, and long-term sustainable growth.”

Meanwhile, Indus Motor Company Limited (IMC) financial results for the year ended in June 30, 2025 showed strong growth in sales, revenues, and profitability. Its financial results shows economic stabilisation.
IMC sold 33,757 units, a 56% increase over the previous year. The Yaris facelift launch in July 2024 fueled an 84% rise in passenger car sales, while the commercial vehicle segment grew 32% on stronger fleet demand.
