Pakistan has already claimed six enemy’s jets including the prized Rafale to its credit. To Islamabad’s advantage, the world’s new peacemaker Trump the Great also acknowledged it. He described Pakistan’s score as between five and six.
But, despite Trump’s endorsement, Amar Preet Sing’s fresh statement has created a stalemate between the two hostile neighbours. Modi might seek another match to gain advantage. He will insist on neutral umpire, (Imran is not coming), after losing faith in Trump’s judgement.
The 56-inches chest-thumping superman of India now believes “Howdy Modi” in Houston was an eyewash.
Shehbaz Sharif, who loves to play the role of Prime Minister in Pakistan, is a man of peace. He does not want wars. Like Trump and the King of Wessex the peacemaker Alfred the Great, he believes “war is how a man takes his wealth, it is the land and trade that makes it.” Shehbaz’s endorsement of US President for Nobel Peace Prize reflects his keen affection for both peace and Trump. The move forced Netanyahu to follow the footsteps of Pakistan’s PM.
Peacemaker Trump:
So far he has brokered two successful peace deals (A), one partial (B) and possibly two more that are pending (c).
A: In exchange for a fresh peace accord between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Trump secured only a route through Armenia linking Azerbaijan to Nakhchivan, an Azerbaijani enclave that borders Baku’s ally Turkiye. The route will be named after him though Iran- an enemy of peace-sees him as a “viper on its and Putin’s Russia’s head.” Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the only man in world who enjoys good relation with the American and Russians, quickly welcomed the route. Many believe Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) will serve as modern Silk Route for centuries to come.
B: Regarding the partial deal, Pakistan has consistently acknowledged and praised Trump’s mighty role in ceasefire between between New Delhi and Islamabad. Modi’s stubbornness is costing him as he now finds himself wavering between Moscow and Beijing, even encouraging Pappu type people to grill him at home.
C: Trump and Putin are meeting in Alaska next Friday and some sort of agreement on Ukraine is expected between them with or without Zelensky’s presence. He does not care about the dictator’s (Zelensky) European allies. His aid met Qatari PM to discuss ending the Gaza war. It seems Trump may not allow Netanyahu to occupy Gaza enclave but might instead build build luxurious resorts there himself. Meanwhile, US frequent bombings in Somalia and occasional strikes on Houthis will continue.
