The 17th edition of continental cricket tournament, Asia Cup 2025, is starting on September 9. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the squads.
The BCCI officials are meeting in Mumbai and set to announce India’s final 15-member squad shortly. (BCCI-Board of Control of Cricket in India)
The UAE is hosting the prestigious event, concluding on September 26. Eight teams of Asia Cup are: Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Omar and UAE.
Pakistan placed in Group ‘A’ alongside India, Oman and UAE. Pakistan-India clash is on September 14.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Men’s National Selection Committee has made the announcement of Asia Cup squads.
It also announced Pakistan’s 17-member squads for Pakistan, Afghanistan and UAE tri-series. Matches will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium from August 29 to September 7.
Asia Cup T20I tournament will be staged in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Salman Ali Agha (captain), Abrar Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, Hasan Nawaz, Hussain Talat, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Haris (wicket-keeper), Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Waseem Jnr, Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub, Salman Mirza, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Sufyan Moqim.
