Indus Motor Company (IMC) has been ranked among the top Toyota manufacturing partners in the Asia-Pacific region after securing three prestigious honours for the third consecutive year.
Toyota Pakistan earned the Excellence Quality Award, Warranty Reduction Award, and Zero Field Action Award.
These awards are part of the Asia Production Quality Awards, an annual initiative by Toyota Motor Asia that has been recognising superior manufacturing quality across the region since 2011.
In 2025, IMC once again swept all three awards after meeting stringent customer quality benchmarks, achieving a cumulative score of over 80 per cent out of 200, top-tier performance within Toyota’s regional production network.
The company reported zero field actions across its entire product lineup, surpassed its warranty reduction targets, and maintained zero defects per vehicle in the Shipping Quality Audit conducted by Toyota Motor Asia.
Of the nine affiliates assessed in the region, only six received the Excellence Quality Award for calendar year 2025, with IMC standing out as the only automaker from Pakistan on the list.
Commenting on the achievement, IMC Chief Executive Officer Ali Asghar Jamali said the consistent recognition reflects the organisation’s unwavering commitment to quality and excellence. He added that the accomplishment further strengthens IMC’s standing as both a leading automotive manufacturer in Pakistan and a benchmark for quality within Toyota’s global network.
