A female teacher has been found guilty of sexually abusing a 16-year-old pupil. Student said he thought she was caring her but now he believes she did wrong. Female teacher sexually abused student case appeared in England.
The teacher has also admitted a string of offences involving abuse of two teenage girls. Prosecutors described her crime as a sustained pattern of predatory behaviour.
Bronwen James, 30, from Chippenham, Wiltshire, was convicted at Winchester Crown Court of three offences involving sexual activity with a child while in a position of trust. The jury reached its verdict by an 11-to-one majority. The jury acquitted her of a fourth charge. Media reported the incident in UK.
James had earlier admitted nine sexual offences involving two teenage girls. One victim was studying at Bitterne Park School in Southampton and the other at Hardenhuish School in Chippenham.
The teacher made guilty pleas in January. However, media had not reported it until the latest trial had concluded. Reports say media had not reported it because of legal restrictions.

The court heard that James developed a “flirty” relationship with the 16-year-old boy. She communicated with him through Snapchat before having sex with him at her home on several occasions.
“I believe James cared about him. I initially viewed the relationship as exciting,” said the victim boy. However, he later recognised that what happened was wrong.
Prosecutors said James had told the boy that she loved him. They quoted her telling the boy she wanted him to leave the area with her. The teacher, however, denied the charges and claimed the teenager had invented the allegations to appear “cool”.
Prosecutor said James had been entrusted with educating and protecting children. But, the prosecutor added, instead the teacher used her authority to groom and abuse three students.
Reports say James showed no emotion when the verdict was delivered. The judge ordered her to surrender her passport and remain under electronic monitoring until Monday. The authorities will take her custody ahead of sentencing.
