Toyota Pakistan Holds Eye Camp for Underprivileged Students

Indus Motor Company (IMC), in collaboration with Saylani Welfare Trust, organised an eye screening camp for school children at Port Qasim Industrial Area.

They organized camps at The Citizens Foundation School (Abdullah Goth) and Development in Literacy School (Jam Kanda). The Trust team screened 2000 students from both the schools.

For many children, this was their first opportunity to undergo an eye checkup. The Trust provided many students with corrective spectacles after diagnosing vision problems. They also provided with prescribed eye drops, and professional consultations—completely free of cost.

Keep up with Lessons and Learn with Confidence:

For these children, something as simple as a pair of glasses means being able to read the blackboard. Keep up with lessons, and learn with confidence.

Sharing his thoughts, Ali Asghar Jamali, IMC Chief Executive Officer, said, “At IMC, we believe good health and education are two sides of the same coin. If a child cannot see properly, how can we expect them to learn and dream big?

“Through this partnership with Saylani Welfare Trust, we want to remove such barriers and give our children the chance to reach their true potential. This is our way of giving back to the communities we are part of and building a brighter, healthier Pakistan.”

Meanwhile, “Indus Motor Company (IMC), under its flagship CSR program Concern Beyond Cars, successfully carried out the eighth edition of its National Flag Collection Drive. They organised the event on August 15, 2025.
