Iqra University’s Department of Media Science organised “Media Unveiled 2026,” showcasing a diverse collection of advertising, media and design projects. It highlighted students’ creativity, practical expertise and innovative thinking.
The exhibition featured Final Year Thesis projects by BS Media Science Advertising students. The thesis focused the areas of app design, product design and service concepts. Developed over a year of research and creative exploration, the projects demonstrated original ideas, problem-solving abilities. And an understanding of contemporary advertising and user experience.
Students also displayed projects in art direction and interior design. The Art Direction projects, supervised by Mr Irfan Ul Haq, explored the use of set design, props, costumes, colour, composition, camera angles and lighting to create engaging visual narratives.
Meanwhile, the Interior Design project, supervised by Ms Samina Mumtaz, featured a carefully planned setup incorporating timber wood and stage materials. The project demonstrated students’ practical abilities in design planning, material selection, spatial organisation and creative execution.
“Media Unveiled 2026” provided students with an opportunity to present their academic work while demonstrating how classroom learning can be translated into practical creative projects.
